1. Execute operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of assigned departmental operations.
3. Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
4. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
5. Respond proactively to leadership direction, including from Shift Coordinators and management staff.
6. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
8. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
9. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
