1. Perform a variety of operational and clerical duties, including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
3. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
5. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00- $19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
