Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

- Execute operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
- Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
- Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
- Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
- Proactive and able to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Teamwork-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Starting base pay is $18.00-$19.25 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
