Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Execute operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Proactive and able to give and receive feedback effectively.
10. Teamwork-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00-$19.25 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
