1. Perform operational office and clerical duties, including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
3. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
5. Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional correspondence.
10. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
