1. Execute operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Adhere to established company standard operating procedures to ensure the integrity of assigned work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional correspondence.
10. Proactive approach to business needs.
11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
