Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Follow established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Effective communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.

Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.

The role is based in the Las Vegas Distribution Center, where employees work in a moderate but varying temperature and humidity environment. Sephora values teamwork and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
