1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and report generation.
2. Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Excellent communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Strong customer service skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $21.50 - $22.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
