1. Oversee daily operations within the distribution center, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are met.
2. Supervise and develop a team of associates, including Workflow Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
3. Manage relationships with onsite staffing agencies regarding temporary employees.
4. Administer policies and guidelines, addressing performance and behavioral issues as needed.
5. Implement and support engagement strategies, setting clear productivity expectations for team members.
6. Conduct annual performance evaluations and ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
7. Drive safety strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
8. Resolve operational issues through comprehensive analysis and collaboration with senior leadership.
9. Build trust with business partners by clearly communicating business processes and decisions.

1. College degree in logistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA WMS.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks confidently.
3. Leadership and team development capabilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications for analysis and problem-solving.
5. Ability to motivate and promote collaboration among team members.

Three to five years of relevant work experience in distribution center operations.

College degree in logistics or related field.

Annual base salary range of $73,000.00 - $81,700.00, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
