1. Oversee daily operations within the distribution center department, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are met.
2. Spend approximately 75% of time on the operational floor, engaging with and coaching associates.
3. Provide direct supervision to a team, including Workflow Coordinators and Associates, and manage relationships with staffing agencies.
4. Administer policies and guidelines, offering consistent performance and behavioral feedback to associates.
5. Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
6. Set clear productivity expectations and conduct annual performance evaluations for team members.
7. Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety strategies.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service.
9. Assign tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
10. Resolve complex problems and communicate solutions to senior leadership.
11. Build trust with business partners by explaining business processes and decision-making approaches.

1. College degree in logistics or a related field, or three to five years of relevant experience.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDA.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Three to five years of relevant work experience in distribution center operations or logistics.

College degree in logistics or a related field.

The annual base salary range is $72,000.00 to $75,600.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
