1. Supervise and engage with distribution center associates, dedicating 75% of time on the operational floor to coaching and performance feedback.
2. Identify and prioritize tasks to meet daily business goals and ensure smooth shift transitions.
3. Set and communicate productivity expectations to team members, including direct supervision of skilled and temporary employees.
4. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and influence change.
6. Administer policies fairly and provide timely feedback on performance and behavioral concerns.
7. Ensure a safe working environment by driving safety strategies and accountability.

1. Prior experience in supply-chain operations or a related field.

2. Proficiency with computer and store systems.
3. Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in a supply-chain operations capacity.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,000.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
