Sephora Distribution and Store Replenishment Executive

- Manage the store replenishment process, including both auto replenishment and manual pushes.
- Review and monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) performance daily and weekly, identifying corrective actions through root cause analysis.
- Conduct rigorous inventory management processes such as Return to Vendor (RtV) and stock rebalancing across stores.
- Coordinate with Regional Planning, Stores Operation, and Logistics teams to execute product allocations for events and promotions.
- Support return management from stores to the warehouse.
- Periodically review store replenishment parameters in Relex and recommend adjustments for optimization.
- Review assortment accuracy and flag discrepancies to the Space Planning Team.
- Identify opportunities to optimize store operations, including inventory management and replenishment schedules.
- Partner with logistics and regional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within a retail environment.
- Experience managing store replenishment processes and inventory control.
- Analytical skills to optimize store operations and improve inventory management practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present to senior stakeholders.
- Independence and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within a retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
