Sephora Distribution Analyst

- Allocate new and animated items and replenish core inventory from distribution centers to stores.
- Determine ideal store-level quantities for new launches and animated items to meet in-store launch dates.
- Propose and align on allocation strategies for constrained inventory to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, and Merchandising teams to identify potential upstream gaps.
- Analyze brand in-stocks and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain target in-stock levels.
- Evaluate store event impacts on baseline sales to plan for future events.
- Monitor store sales and collaborate with Demand Planning to adjust forecasts based on trends.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory retail or allocation.
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to compile statistical reports and analyze data.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Flexibility and passion for client service, innovation, and collaboration.
1-2 years of experience in inventory retail or allocation is required.
The annual base salary range is $77,690.00 - $85,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
