1. Allocate new and animated items, ensuring optimal store inventory levels from the Distribution Center to retail locations.
2. Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, and Merchandising teams to preemptively identify and mitigate potential inventory issues.
3. Conduct ad hoc analysis on store and brand level stock and sales to enhance in-stock levels and support sales trends.
4. Evaluate inventory builds and sales performance for store events.
5. Address and resolve inventory callouts directly from stores.

1. 1-2 years of proven experience in inventory retail or allocation within logistics or supply chain sectors.

1. Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and utilize statistical methods for forecasting.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
3. Proficient problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis.
4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
5. Experience in process improvement and cost optimization within distribution processes.
6. Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

1-2 years of experience in inventory retail or allocation in logistics or supply chain sectors.

The annual base salary ranges from $75,650 to $84,550, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
