Sephora Distributed Commerce Strategy & Operations Manager

- Conduct comprehensive market research on emerging digital commerce channels, including AI-driven shopping assistants and social commerce platforms.
- Analyze competitor activities, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to inform Sephora's distributed commerce strategy.
- Evaluate potential distributed commerce opportunities, developing detailed business cases and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Support the Director in managing and executing distributed commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in identifying and managing relationships with potential partners in the distributed commerce space.
- Develop regular reports on key performance indicators for distributed commerce initiatives and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital, consumer tech, management consulting, or strategy.
- Proven track record of translating consumer and industry trends into strategic opportunities.
- Strong understanding of emerging digital commerce channels and trends.
- Experience in conducting market research and developing business cases.
- Fluency in understanding technical integrations and translating requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management expertise with a proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with AI concepts and terminology, including machine learning and natural language processing.
3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital, consumer tech, management consulting, or strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
