Sephora Director of Total Rewards

1. Design, implement, and manage comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
2. Collaborate with Corporate and Store leaders to ensure competitive total rewards programs aligned with North America rewards strategy.
3. Lead the strategic development of total rewards programs to ensure financial soundness and legal compliance.
4. Oversee the design and management of base and variable compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
5. Conduct annual compensation reviews, benchmarking, and market adjustments to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
6. Design and execute health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs in partnership with the North America team.
7. Oversee administration of benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
8. Develop change management strategies and compelling communications for total rewards.
9. Lead, develop, and mentor a talented total rewards team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

1. 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including program development, management, and execution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.
3. Experience in a global company with a matrixed organizational structure.

Previous HR leadership experience, ideally in an environment with diverse employee populations such as retail, distribution centers, and corporate employees.
