Sephora Director of Total Rewards

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with Corporate and Store leaders to ensure competitive total rewards programs aligned with North America rewards strategy.
- Lead the strategic development of total rewards programs to ensure financial soundness and legal compliance.
- Oversee the design and management of base and variable compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Conduct annual compensation reviews, benchmarking, and market adjustments to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Design and execute health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs in partnership with the North America team.
- Oversee administration of benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
- Develop change management strategies and compelling communications for total rewards.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a talented total rewards team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including program development, management, and execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Experience in a global company with a matrixed organizational structure.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all business levels.
- Analytical and organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence others.
Previous HR leadership experience, ideally in an environment with diverse employee populations such as retail, distribution centers, and corporate employees.
