1. Lead and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team responsible for all corporate hiring, including technology roles.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to forecast talent needs and advise on executive and critical hiring.
3. Develop and implement streamlined recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and a superior candidate experience.
4. Integrate DE&I best practices into all stages of the hiring process to achieve measurable outcomes.
5. Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and report on key performance indicators.
6. Design and implement system enhancements in partnership with HR Systems to improve recruiting performance.

1. 8-12 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Expertise in all facets of Talent Acquisition, including employer branding and candidate engagement.
3. Experience with ATS and CRM tools; familiarity with SuccessFactors and EightFold is advantageous.
4. Proven ability to develop and scale talent acquisition strategies that drive results.
5. Experience in technical recruitment and partnering with senior business leaders.

The annual base salary range is $200,000.00 - $218,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
