- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms, aligning with marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including campaigns, paid media, and analytics to ensure cohesive marketing planning.
- Optimize Sephora's social/influencer analytical tools and build a social team culture of constant performance optimization.
- Oversee social/influencer budget and drive annual planning of social team budget priorities.
- Monitor trends and identify significant shifts in the social media landscape.
- 8-10 years of experience in social media marketing and content production.
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, retail, and/or eCommerce is a bonus.

8-10 years of experience in social media marketing and content production, with a preference for backgrounds in beauty, fashion, retail, or eCommerce.
The annual base salary range for this position is $174,000.00 - $195,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
