1. Develop and implement strategic objectives for skincare category and brands in the US market.
2. Achieve financial and strategic goals including sales, gross margin, and stock turnover.
3. Source and develop new brands to fill category gaps and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Manage brand relationships and negotiate terms including margin, training support, and promotions.
5. Oversee fixture planning, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
6. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
7. Communicate brand opportunities and strategies to internal and store teams.

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in retail merchandising or buying.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute category and brand strategies.
3. Experience in leading and developing teams.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills.
4. Capacity to work well within ambiguity and navigate complex business scenarios.
5. Willingness to travel as required.

A minimum of seven years in a retail merchandising or buying role, with demonstrated leadership and strategic development capabilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,000.00 - $187,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
