- Develop and execute long-term staffing and labor strategies.
- Manage payroll budgets and maintain optimal store capacity.

- Lead budget cycles and identify store optimization opportunities.
- Implement advanced scheduling algorithms.
- Design retail incentives to boost sales and productivity.

- Oversee payroll budget management and optimize reporting tools.
- Enhance retail reporting for senior leadership.
- Oversee the store scheduling process for compliance and effectiveness.
- Improve labor allocation models based on trend analysis.
- Manage payroll data processing within workforce management systems.
- Conduct store visits for feedback on scheduling improvements.
- Develop and engage a high-performing team focused on excellence and innovation.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams for labor optimization strategies.
- Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within a high-volume, complex retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions and build strong relationships.
- Retail finance experience required (3-5 years).
- Advanced expert skills in Excel.
- Experienced in leading and developing teams of analysts.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Detail oriented with high accuracy in data analysis.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with superior time management and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within a high-volume, complex retail environment. Retail finance experience required (3-5 years).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
