1. Develop and execute long-term staffing and labor strategies.
2. Manage payroll budgets and maintain optimal store capacity.
3. Collaborate with leadership on retail workload initiatives.
4. Lead budget cycles and identify store optimization opportunities.
5. Implement advanced scheduling algorithms.
6. Design retail incentives to boost sales and productivity.
7. Use advanced analytics for strategic decisions and operational performance.
8. Oversee payroll budget management and optimize reporting tools.
9. Enhance retail reporting for senior leadership.
10. Oversee the store scheduling process for compliance and effectiveness.
11. Improve labor allocation models based on trend analysis.
12. Manage payroll data processing within workforce management systems.
13. Conduct store visits for feedback on scheduling improvements.
14. Develop and engage a high-performing team focused on excellence and innovation.
15. Build relationships with cross-functional teams for labor optimization strategies.

1. Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within a high-volume, complex retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
3. Proven ability to work effectively across functions and build strong relationships.
4. Retail finance experience required (3-5 years).
5. Advanced expert skills in Excel.
6. Experienced in leading and developing teams of analysts.
7. Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within a high-volume, complex retail environment. Retail finance experience required (3-5 years).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
