- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance Sephora's omni-channel ecosystem, focusing on omni-fulfillment and digital-to-store businesses.
- Monitor and achieve P&L goals, utilizing data analytics to identify opportunities for business performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business levers such as pricing, promotions, and operations.
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives and deliver company goals.
- Define and implement post-purchase strategies to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Create and automate processes to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.

- 7+ years of experience in omnichannel retail, e-commerce, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful omni-channel strategies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
A minimum of 7 years in omnichannel retail, e-commerce, or a related industry, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution.
The annual base salary ranges from $174,675 to $195,225, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
