Sephora Director of Mobile Messaging

- Develop and execute the strategy and vision for mobile messaging across all channels, including app push notifications and SMS.
- Lead a team of approximately 7 employees, focusing on coaching, development, and retention of high-performing talent.
- Drive mobile messaging performance, including lead forecasting and planning to meet sales goals.
- Ensure seamless client experiences and alignment with Sephora's revenue objectives through strategic calendar planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Merchants, Promo, Loyalty, CRM, and Analytics, to ensure effective performance management.
- Interpret campaign, channel, and client data to inform planning and personalization strategies.
- Execute end-to-end mobile messaging campaigns, ensuring flawless execution from setup to deployment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in mobile messaging.
- Support strategic initiatives such as budgeting processes and special projects.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on mobile marketing and channel revenue.
- 6+ years of expertise in the mobile landscape, including segmentation, personalization, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multi-channel engagement and mobile marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Airship).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, and Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to lead through change and embrace new technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
A minimum of 10 years in digital marketing with a proven focus on mobile marketing strategies and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The annual base salary range for this position is $174,675.00 - $195,225.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
