- Lead strategic transformation initiatives to enhance the marketing organization's capabilities and team collaboration.
- Advise and secure buy-in from senior leadership on organizational design opportunities, capability development, and change management approaches.
- Manage a small, impactful team while building strong relationships with marketing senior leaders and cross-functional leaders in Operational Excellence and HR.
- Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and knowledge-sharing within the marketing team.
- Design and align comprehensive transformation strategies with Sephora's marketing goals and organizational vision.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and organizational evolution through stakeholder feedback and data analysis.
- Promote departmental adoption of transformation initiatives by providing necessary training and support.

8 to 10 years of experience in organizational transformation, culture development, and change management, with 2 to 4 years leading a direct team and influencing senior stakeholders. Experience with consultancies or external partners, ideally within a strategy consulting organization, is preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $175,225.00 - $195,225.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
