- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer, providing strategic recommendations on marketing initiatives, budget allocation, and resource management.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO to define and refine the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide strategic direction for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and client engagement.
- Identify and recommend key market opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage and prioritize the CMO's initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Work with cross-functional partners, especially finance and technology, to drive marketing initiatives forward.
- Oversee the planning, tracking, and reporting of key marketing projects, ensuring successful execution.
- Facilitate the annual marketing budget allocation and work closely with Finance BP&A to monitor spending.
- Develop presentations for marketing strategy, brand summits, and leadership conferences.
- Manage agendas for Marketing Leadership Team meetings and quarterly Marketing Town Halls.
- Coordinate special projects and ensure connectivity among leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leading strategic marketing initiatives and brand development.
- Strong experience in managing large, cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting to C-suite executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Outstanding Excel skills and strong detail orientation.
- Fluency in storytelling through documents and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of the organization with confidence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
