1. Lead Sephora's loyalty partnerships strategy and operations, focusing on the loyalty ecosystem at Sephora @ Kohl's (S@K).
2. Manage partner value proposition enhancements across rewards bazaar and promotional activities.
3. Vet partnership opportunities, handle contract negotiation, and oversee program execution.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing Partnerships team on loyalty benefit-related projects.
5. Partner with Product Management on technology projects to support loyalty partnerships, leading business strategy.
6. Lead resource management for S@K team on Beauty Insider benefits.
7. Manage promotional events and sampling at Kohl's to drive S@K business.
8. Coordinate loyalty initiatives for S@K rollout.
9. Orchestrate loyalty ecosystem projects to maximize business impact across all channels, including Canada, US, and Kohl's.
10. Demonstrate Sephora values and foster a culture of respect and excellence.
11. Manage career development and team growth, setting clear goals and providing mentorship.

1. 15+ years of experience in leading marketing, loyalty, or promotional programs.
2. 10+ years of experience in coaching, developing, and managing direct reports.
3. Bachelor's degree.

15+ years in marketing, loyalty, or promotional programs, with 10+ years managing teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 - $195,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
