Sephora Director of Loyalty Ecosystem and Partnerships

- Lead Sephora's loyalty partnerships strategy and operations, focusing on the loyalty ecosystem at Sephora @ Kohl's (S@K).
- Manage partner value proposition enhancements across rewards bazaar and promotional activities.
- Vet partnership opportunities, handle contract negotiation, and oversee program execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing Partnerships team on loyalty benefit-related projects.
- Partner with Product Management on technology projects to support loyalty partnerships, leading business strategy.
- Lead resource management for S@K team on Beauty Insider benefits.
- Manage promotional events and sampling at Kohl's to drive S@K business.
- Coordinate loyalty initiatives for S@K rollout.
- Orchestrate loyalty ecosystem projects to maximize business impact across all channels, including Canada, US, and Kohl's.
- Demonstrate Sephora values and foster a culture of respect and excellence.
- Manage career development and team growth, setting clear goals and providing mentorship.
- 15+ years of experience in leading marketing, loyalty, or promotional programs.
- 10+ years of experience in coaching, developing, and managing direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Expertise in strategic planning and project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of technology and digital platforms.
15+ years in marketing, loyalty, or promotional programs, with 10+ years managing teams.
Bachelor's degree
The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 - $195,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
