1. Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sephora's Operating Committee and executive leadership.
2. Identify opportunities to optimize organizational structure and HR process effectiveness.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
4. Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment across departments.
5. Provide informed solutions that challenge the status quo and drive organizational success.
6. Oversee succession and career planning, sharing business insights with HR Centers of Excellence.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
3. Expertise in all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations.

12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on corporate environments and change management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,855.00 - $224,485.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
