- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sephora’s Operating Committee and executive leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Lead change management initiatives to address resistance and communicate the benefits of change.
- Oversee the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring effective execution.
- Provide informed solutions that challenge the status quo.
- Support strategic workforce plans aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- Guide decision-making to positively impact the employee experience.
- Accountable for succession and career planning.
- Share business inputs with HR Center of Excellence leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting a corporate organization.
- Mastery of all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate future business needs.
- Expertise in change management and leading organizational change initiatives.

A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on corporate support and change management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $200,855.00 - $224,485.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
