1. Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sephora’s Operating Committee and executive leadership.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
3. Lead change management initiatives to address resistance and communicate the benefits of change.
4. Oversee the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring effective execution.
5. Provide informed solutions that challenge the status quo.
6. Support strategic workforce plans aligned with business strategies and objectives.
7. Guide decision-making to positively impact the employee experience.
8. Accountable for succession and career planning.
9. Share business inputs with HR Center of Excellence leaders.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting a corporate organization.
3. Mastery of all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on corporate support and change management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,855.00 - $224,485.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
