1. Develop and implement corporate HR strategies aligned with strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience.
2. Lead HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams to nurture a high-performance culture.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with leaders to enhance culture and support business objectives.
4. Drive engagement, development, and retention through Talent Management initiatives.
5. Innovate and lead programs enhancing employee experience and competitive advantage.
6. Shape a best-in-class Talent Acquisition strategy to attract diverse, high-performing talent.
7. Champion diversity throughout the hiring process and improve candidate selection.
8. Lead career development planning and training implementation.
9. Oversee annual performance appraisal, salary planning, and succession planning processes.
10. Collaborate with functional leaders on strategy, organizational structure, and talent development.
11. Ensure compliance with policies and mitigate Employee Relations escalations.
12. Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders, providing expertise in performance and change management.
13. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.

3. Highly collaborative with cross-functional experience.
4. Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Quick learner with agility in strategic HR consultation.

Compensation ranges between CAD $158,000 - $176,600, depending on qualifications and experience.
