- Develop and implement corporate HR strategies aligned with strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Lead HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams to nurture a high-performance culture.
- Cultivate strong relationships with leaders to enhance culture and support business objectives.
- Drive engagement, development, and retention through Talent Management initiatives.
- Innovate and lead programs enhancing employee experience and competitive advantage.
- Shape a best-in-class Talent Acquisition strategy to attract diverse, high-performing talent.
- Champion diversity throughout the hiring process and improve candidate selection.
- Lead career development planning and training implementation.
- Oversee annual performance appraisal, salary planning, and succession planning processes.
- Collaborate with functional leaders on strategy, organizational structure, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with policies and mitigate Employee Relations escalations.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders, providing expertise in performance and change management.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proven success working with executive-level partners.
- Highly collaborative with cross-functional experience.
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with agility in strategic HR consultation.
8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD $158,000 - $176,600, depending on qualifications and experience.
