1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR compliance programs in alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws.
2. Monitor changes in employment law and assess their impact on HR practices, recommending necessary adjustments.
3. Conduct HR audits and recommend corrective actions to address compliance gaps.
4. Partner with Legal and Employee Relations on internal HR-related investigations.
5. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for HR teams, managers, and employees.
6. Ensure data privacy and security of employee information in adherence to relevant regulations.
7. Oversee I-9 compliance and e-Verify processes.
8. Manage HR vendors and contracts effectively.
9. Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners, legal counsel, and business leaders on HR compliance and operational matters.
10. Collaborate with HR functional leaders to ensure cohesive HR Operations strategies.
11. Direct a team of five, fostering development and effective management.
12. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service within HR operations.
13. Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects with an operational and compliance focus.

1. 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on HR compliance, immigration, and/or HR operations.
2. Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across multiple US jurisdictions.
3. Expertise in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Experience in leading and responding to internal and external audits.
5. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs on HR compliance topics.
6. Skilled in negotiating terms with vendors and navigating complex situations with stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to analyze operations processes and implement improvements or automation.
8. Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with legal requirements and data integrity.
9. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Experience in selecting and managing relationships with external HR service providers.
11. Expertise in U.S. immigration laws and processes.
12. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR compliance programs and policies.
13. Extensive experience in HR operations, with SuccessFactors experience being a plus.

10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on HR compliance, immigration, and/or HR operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,855.00 - $224,485.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
