- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies for the ecommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable, secure solutions.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure architectural solutions support business objectives and enhance user experiences.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Enterprise Architects and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and enforce standards and guidelines for system architecture, data governance, and cybersecurity across the organization.
- Monitor and assess the performance of IT systems, identifying areas for optimization and overseeing the implementation of enhancements.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the existing infrastructure, managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless integration.
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Architect with expertise in enterprise architecture design, cloud platforms, microservices, and API integration.
- 15+ years of experience with digital and ecommerce platforms, including loyalty programs and payment systems.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise architecture teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.
- Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture design and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Expertise in microservices, API integration, and both RDBMS and modern NoSQL database designs.
- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps practices, system design, and architecture review.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Extensive experience in IT architecture and digital ecommerce platforms, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
The annual base salary range for this position is $235,980.00 - $262,200.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
