1. Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture for the ecommerce platform.
2. Align architecture strategy with business goals, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
3. Guide architecture decisions across teams and projects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business needs.
5. Mentor and develop the enterprise architecture team.
6. Establish and enforce best practices in system design, data management, and security.
7. Monitor and assess the performance of IT systems and architectures.
8. Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into the existing infrastructure.

1. 10+ years experience as an IT Architect
2. 15+ years of experience in Digital, E-Commerce, and Data space
3. 6+ years of people management experience focusing on architecture

4. Data Governance and Security

6. Agile and DevOps practices
7. Stakeholder engagement

11. Cost optimization

Extensive experience in IT architecture, digital, e-commerce, and data management, with a strong background in leading and developing teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $201,240.00 - $248,400.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
