1. Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture for the ecommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable, secure solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business needs, enhancing user experiences.
3. Mentor and develop the enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
4. Establish and enforce best practices in system design, data management, and security.
5. Monitor and assess IT systems' performance, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
6. Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption.

1. 10+ years of experience as an IT Architect.
2. 15+ years of experience in Digital, E-Commerce, and Data space.
3. 6+ years of people management experience focusing on architecture and technology scaling.

1. Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Design.
2. Proficiency in RDBMS and modern NoSQL Database Designs.
3. Expertise in Microservices and API Integration.
4. Strong understanding of Data Governance and Security.
5. Experience with Digital Transformation Strategies.
6. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

A minimum of 10 years in IT architecture and 15 years in digital, e-commerce, and data domains, with significant experience in people management and technology scaling.

The annual base salary range for this position is $201,240.00 - $248,400.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
