Sephora Director of Ecommerce Analytics

- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ecommerce performance across all regions.
- Aggregate and standardize ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics to ensure global consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead efforts to analyze and optimize the ecommerce customer journey, from acquisition to conversion and post-purchase engagement.
- Collaborate with global ecommerce, marketing, product, IT, and operations teams to align analytics insights with business objectives.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for global stakeholders to track ecommerce performance and growth opportunities.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ecommerce performance, focusing on increasing online revenue and enhancing customer experience.
- Oversee the creation of detailed reports on ecommerce performance trends, competitive analysis, and market opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior, segmentation, and performance data to inform website design, UI, and UX improvements.
- Lead efforts in A/B testing, personalization strategies, and other techniques to enhance ecommerce site performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics or digital performance analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing analytics, and performance optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Deep understanding of global ecommerce strategies, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
- Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing large, complex datasets to provide actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and ecommerce platforms.
- Experience in global ecommerce operations and understanding of regional differences in customer behavior.
10+ years in ecommerce analytics or digital performance analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
