1. Develop and implement strategies for new digital channels to expand Sephora's reach, driving growth and enhancing client access to products and experiences.
2. Identify and vet potential partners, build clear business cases, and develop strategic initiatives for incubation projects.
3. Create comprehensive strategies for success in emerging digital commerce channels, evaluate third-party partners, and manage the development of new experiences and operational workflows.
4. Continuously monitor and analyze key trends in digital commerce, including technological advancements and consumer behavior shifts.
5. Develop compelling presentations to champion the vision and strategy, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and gain alignment across the organization.
6. Lead cross-functional teams to launch new opportunities, manage risk, and ensure successful execution.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital, consumer tech, management consulting, or strategy.
2. Proven track record of translating consumer and industry trends into strategic opportunities and executing those strategies.

1. Strong project management skills, including technology integration, inventory management, and customer service considerations.
2. Ability to develop cohesive strategies, coordinate efforts across functional areas, and bring visions to fruition.
3. Hands-on leadership with a deep understanding of the practical challenges of channel implementation.

Minimum of 7 years in eCommerce, digital, consumer tech, management consulting, or strategy.

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,675.00 - $195,225.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
