1. Lead and manage all aspects of chemical and product compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies, policies, and procedures, including risk assessment and mitigation plans.
3. Establish and maintain a product safety and compliance framework that aligns with industry best practices and evolving regulatory landscapes.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of products, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
5. Oversee compliance with labeling requirements, product documentation, and trademark usage to ensure accuracy, consistency, and vigilance across all products and markets.
6. Collaborate with Legal, Product Development, Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and other relevant teams to address compliance-related issues and support product innovation.
7. Manage and respond to regulatory inquiries, compliance-related litigation, and product safety incidents.
8. Lead, manage, and develop the performance of the Compliance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
9. Foster a culture of product safety, compliance, and ethical behavior throughout the organization.

1. 10+ years of experience in regulatory/product compliance, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of chemical regulations and product safety standards.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance strategies and policies.

2. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and make informed decisions.
5. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

10+ years of experience in regulatory/product compliance, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
