1. Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention and risk management strategies.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
3. Oversee security operations, including physical security, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
4. Manage and mitigate financial impacts related to shrinkage, achieving company budget targets.
5. Lead and implement strategies to protect company assets, including properties, inventory, and data.
6. Design and execute programs to reduce shrinkage, theft, and fraud.
7. Integrate risk management practices into all Asset Protection programs.
8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security and loss prevention.
9. Analyze financial performance and KPIs related to security initiatives.
10. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging threats, recommending innovative solutions.
11. Partner with law enforcement agencies to address macro industry trends.
12. Communicate progress and insights to executive leadership on security initiatives and risk management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in loss prevention, risk management, or retail operations.
3. 3-5 years of experience leading a large, market-based employee population.
4. Certifications such as CPP, CFI, or ARM are a plus.

2. Strong understanding of retail and loss prevention operations.
3. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
6. French language proficiency is an asset.

A minimum of 10 years in loss prevention, risk management, or retail operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing a large employee population.

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
