Sephora Director, HR Business Partner - Retail Stores

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with strategic initiatives.
2. Partner with retail leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
3. Lead the Field HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
4. Oversee employee relations and organizational change initiatives across 130 stores.
5. Act as a strategic thought partner to senior retail leaders.
6. Cultivate relationships with field leaders and provide guidance on HR policies.
7. Lead and shape a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team.
8. Support annual performance appraisal, salary planning, and succession planning.
9. Consult on strategy, organizational structure, and succession planning.
10. Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues.
11. Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sephora’s Executive Leaders.
12. Build and lead a high-performing HR team.

1. 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience.
2. 5+ years in a management-level role.
3. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to operate in a matrix environment.
3. Proven success working with executive-level partners.
4. Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
5. Skillful at building relationships across functions.

Substantial experience providing strategic business-facing Human Resources consultation, preferably in a field, multi-location organization.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
