1. Optimize the conversion of the web purchasing journey by enhancing delivery and payment propositions.
2. Analyze the e-commerce market and Sephora's positioning to propose innovative solutions.
3. Understand and frame stakeholder needs, analyzing risks and impacts.
4. Contribute to the Product Vision in alignment with group strategy.
5. Define and challenge business models for features/products.
6. Facilitate design workshops and coordinate project stakeholders.
7. Ensure product quality by setting and maintaining high standards.
8. Collect and analyze user feedback in collaboration with UX designers.
9. Describe and prioritize features in a Product Backlog.
10. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
11. Maintain constant communication on product updates and performance.

1. International experience in agile organizations.
2. Proven track record as a Product Owner in e-commerce.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

1. Analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Strong oral and written communication.
3. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Content Square, and AB testing tools.
5. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least one role as a Product Owner.

Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
