1. Contribute to the creation of e-learning content, including designing visuals and editing e- and v-learning materials.
2. Support video production by coordinating and assisting in filming during training events and editing final videos.
3. Assist in the creation and design update of presentations and infographics.
4. Collaborate with the Sephora University team to develop learning activities for both in-person and digital training.
5. Provide on-ground support during training days and internal corporate events, including setup, logistics coordination, and capturing learning highlights for digital use.
6. Manage content on the Sephora learning App, ensuring data accuracy and seamless access for users.
7. Compile and manage monthly e-learning reports, including participation, completion, and engagement metrics.
8. Assist in administrative and technical tasks related to the Sephora learning App.

2. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn through assigned tasks and feedback.

1. Digital and content creation skills using CANVA, Adobe Premiere, and CapCut.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to manage data with confidentiality.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Beginner level experience in digital content creation and learning support.
