Sephora Digital Learning Intern

- Contribute to the creation of e-learning content, including designing visuals and editing e- and v-learning materials.
- Support video production by coordinating and assisting in filming during training events and editing final videos.
- Assist in the creation and design update of presentations and infographics.
- Collaborate with the Sephora University team to develop learning activities for both in-person and digital training.
- Provide on-ground support during training days and internal corporate events, including setup, logistics coordination, and capturing learning highlights for digital use.
- Manage content on the Sephora learning App, ensuring data accuracy and seamless access for users.
- Compile and manage monthly e-learning reports, including participation, completion, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in administrative and technical tasks related to the Sephora learning App.
- Passion for people and the beauty industry.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn through assigned tasks and feedback.
- Digital and content creation skills using CANVA, Adobe Premiere, and CapCut.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage data with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Beginner level experience in digital content creation and learning support.
