1. Assist in executing daily operations of the Singapore and Malaysia Ecommerce platforms across desktop, mobile web, and mobile app.
2. Coordinate with multiple team functions to ensure seamless execution of Ecommerce promotional campaigns, partnerships, and app gamifications.
3. Pull and consolidate weekly and monthly online campaign performance reports using data visualization tools and SQL.
4. Track and analyze ongoing campaigns to ensure optimization, consolidating learnings with the team.
5. Prepare weekly campaign briefs and trackers for store teams.
6. Liaise with external agencies for online and offline collateral production.
7. Contribute to the launch of the Store Deals Page and App Gamification Roll Out.

1. Familiarity with data visualization tools and/or SQL is a plus.
2. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
3. Innovative and creative mindset with a focus on driving improvement to boost commercial outcomes.
