1. Boost engagement on the WE ARE SEPHORA platform for employees across the Europe and Middle East region.
2. Animate and manage the community of 'Community Managers' within the region.
3. Organize workshops and dedicated days for WE ARE SEPHORA Community Managers.
4. Formalize community management guidelines and content strategies.
5. Participate in the development of KPI dashboards to optimize the platform's management.
6. Contribute to the evolution of the WE ARE SEPHORA platform's functionalities.
7. Act as a liaison for any incidents occurring on the WE ARE SEPHORA platform.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program at a business school or university.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Experience in project management within an international context.
2. Experience in digital fields such as e-commerce or community management.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Adaptability, rigor, and curiosity.
6. Knowledge of digital technologies.

A first experience in project management and digital fields such as e-commerce or community management is required. Experience in retail, particularly in the beauty sector, is advantageous.

Master's program enrollment in a business school or university.
