Sephora Digital Consumer Engagement Manager

- Develop and implement data-driven consumer engagement strategies to enhance user growth on the EB channel.
- Increase online user activation and retention through multi-channel touchpoints.
- Manage user engagement strategy across the customer journey, including acquisition, activation, retention, and advocacy.
- Oversee multi-touchpoint consumer communication plans, including APP push, SMS, MNP notice, and WeChat Official Accounts.
- Identify growth bottlenecks and conduct A/B testing to optimize non-paid traffic efficiency.
- Develop and optimize audience segmentation for tailored communication to boost engagement and conversion.
- Utilize CDP/MA and other internal systems for configuring consumer communications.
- Collaborate with EB operation, CRM, Marketing, Data, and IT teams to execute cross-functional programs.
- Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth, with at least 3 years focused on organic/non-paid acquisition.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and generating measurable results.
- Experience in audience segmentation, persona development, and executing personalized marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience at a leading tech or internet company is highly preferred.
