1. Support the Category Management team in developing digital category management strategies for the skincare segment.
2. Coordinate category projects and implement brand action plans, including initiatives like animations, e-merchandising, cross-selling, CRM, and search.
3. Manage and deploy promotional tools and offers, such as purchase offers, samples, and boxes.
4. Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly sales tracking, brand animation reviews, and promotional activation analysis.
5. Conduct competitive benchmarking of activations and offers.

1. Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program, preferably in the final year of study.

1. Analytical mindset with proficiency in numerical data.
2. Dynamic, rigorous, and capable of taking initiative and working autonomously.
3. Familiarity with digital platforms and the beauty market is appreciated.

Previous internship experience in operational marketing, ideally within the beauty industry.

Business school or equivalent university program.
