- Co-design and implement 360° digital marketing activations across Europe, ensuring alignment with omni-channel marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborate with functional experts and the European marketing leadership team to develop the annual digital activation plan.
- Coordinate digital activations during key annual moments to maximize visibility and impact.
- Adapt marketing briefs for digital deployment, ensuring efficient execution across markets.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of digital assets such as emails, banners, and landing pages.
- Implement performance tracking of digital activations and conduct detailed post-campaign analyses.
- Develop and monitor digital activation timelines with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Lead project meetings and steering committees to prioritize and advance projects.
- Act as the primary contact for markets on digital campaign execution, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of online customer journeys and collaborate with UX/UI, Data, and Product teams to optimize activation performance.
- Ensure consistent deployment of digital marketing guidelines across touchpoints.
- Safeguard Sephora’s brand consistency across all digital channels to strengthen brand preference and recognition.
- Master’s degree in marketing, digital, or a related field.
- Confirmed experience (8–10 years minimum) in digital marketing project management, ideally in retail or beauty.
- Experience in multicultural coordination and project management within a matrix organization.
- Strong sensitivity to brands, aesthetics, and customer-centric challenges.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in 360° digital marketing (email, social, web, app, CRM).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent project management skills: rigor, organization, prioritization.
- Project leadership without direct authority.
