1. Coordinate the operational progress of various initiated projects.
2. Conduct precise performance analysis of marketing activities to establish and share best practices both centrally and locally.
3. Assist the Brand Marketing team in constructing launch reports.
4. Serve as a central point of contact for local teams to address alerts, transmit guidelines, gather feedback, and respond to inquiries.
5. Conduct continuous research on best practices within and outside Sephora's competitive landscape.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Marketing.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, and analytical mindset.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty market and affinity for e-commerce.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in French (native) and a high proficiency in English.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a degree in a business school, specializing in Marketing.
