- Champion the needs of Sephora Middle East customers and local business stakeholders, ensuring local requirements are prioritized.
- Design, develop, and support the web analytics instrumentation architecture, owning all Google Analytics and Tag Manager processes.
- Implement and manage tag management and web analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee third-party tags, manage existing pixels, implement new pixels, and troubleshoot tagging issues.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the tagging environment through continuous monitoring.
- Develop custom analytics JavaScript for events and triggers in Tag Manager.
- Evaluate and revise the analytics environment to improve stability, flexibility, and scalability.
- Create and manage tracking plans to capture customer behavior in Google Analytics 4 for web and app.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and completeness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance website performance and user experience.
- Create custom reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
- Set up Conversion API tracking for platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Train clients on web analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Manage project rollouts for new functions and develop solutions for complex tracking requirements.
- Validate and recommend digital business requirements for analytics tools.
- Support Business Analysts and Digital Marketing teams with eCommerce dashboards and insights.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis using web analytics tools.
- Expertise in tag management systems such as Commander ACT and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4).
- Advanced data querying skills using Big Query.
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting using Looker Studio and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing channels and channel attribution.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with heat mapping tools like Content Square.
