Sephora Desktop Support Analyst

- Provide support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with laptops, Macs, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, Macs, software, and peripherals.
- Manage users in Active Directory, including creating and managing user accounts and groups.
- Set up and deploy laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads to new hires and existing employees.
- Administer and troubleshoot issues related to M365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Respond to user inquiries concerning system operations and troubleshoot system hardware and software errors.
- Help with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and wired connections.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zoom and Teams, including audio/video problems, connectivity issues, and software updates.
- Keep records of issues, solutions, and other relevant information to help with future troubleshooting and support.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues regarding IT infrastructure in the office.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware components, and common software applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, Okta, SCCM, Exchange Admin, Service-Now, PXE, and ISO imaging.
- Experience with video conference systems like Zoom & Teams.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with precision.
- Outstanding customer service skills with an energetic and friendly attitude.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work well with others.
Experience with Active Directory, Okta, SCCM, Exchange Admin, Service-Now, PXE, and ISO imaging is required.
