Sephora Desktop Support Analyst

- Provide tier-2 support for Windows and Mac equipment, diagnosing and resolving unique, nonrecurring problems with application software and operating systems.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment.
- Ensure seamless interconnectivity of computers with diverse systems, including validation systems, file servers, email servers, and application servers.
- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, and installation sequences.
- Research, resolve, and respond to end-user issues and questions received through Service-Now, ensuring compliance with current standards and SLAs.
- Create and maintain documentation pertaining to the desktop environment.
- Provide remote support for all distribution center facilities as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support and customer service.
- Experience with enterprise-wide OS/application refresh projects.
- Proficiency in supporting standard enterprise applications such as Anti-virus/malware clients, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and VPN.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and later, including file systems, registry, security, integration, and Exchange.
- Task and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience supporting RF Guns, tablets, and mobile devices in an enterprise setting.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
A minimum of 3 years in technical support roles, with progressive experience in supporting Microsoft standard desktop applications and enterprise environments.
The annual base salary ranges from $74,780 to $84,200, with eligibility for bonuses based on various factors.
