Sephora Design Intern, Fragrance Marketing

- Assist in the development of concept, presentation decks, and asset management.
- Contribute to the creation and management of print and digital assets.
- Research social media trends and marketing materials to enhance current content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key moments on social media channels.
- Support creative team with executional and production needs, ensuring cohesive campaign assets.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Must permanently reside and work in the United States.
- Open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area post-graduation for full-time opportunities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Organizational skills with strong time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with social media trends.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with design software and a passion for beauty are essential.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, subject to factors such as qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Interns will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience, including virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels. Additionally, there is potential for future full-time employment through the LEAP program.
