Sephora Department Manager

- Lead and develop the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage sales and customer service in departments such as Makeup, Skincare, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence through effective floor management.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Handle the full product cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns management.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register procedures.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
- Support Click & Collect processes.
- Monitor and manage departmental expenses.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive year-on-year sales growth.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Proficiency in retail systems and tools.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.
