1. Lead and mentor a team to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.

3. Oversee operational processes including inventory management, tester management, and store closing procedures.
4. Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and set clear objectives for the team.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
2. Previous experience as a floor manager or supervisor in a similar environment.
3. Fluency in English or German.

2. Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
3. Hands-on approach with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in retail management and team leadership is required, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
