1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
2. Previous experience as a floor manager or supervisor in a similar environment.
3. Fluency in English or German.

Previous experience in retail management and team leadership is required, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
