Sephora Department Manager - Make Up & Skin Care

- Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage sales and customer service in the Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance departments.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence through effective floor management.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Handle full product cycle including receiving, storage, and returns management.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's operational and audit standards.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, preferably in a premium or service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Customer-focused with a business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Proficient in retail systems and tools.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and team leadership, ideally within a premium or service-oriented environment.
